cpu overheating problem

i have a four year old fx6100 and today when i checked the temperatures while playing an online naruto game the temps reached and were constant at 70 and above while gaming for cpu and tmpin0:46, tmpin1:max 89 and constant above 70 and tmpin2:95 and constant above 70,what should i do?get a bigger case with more airflow and a aftermarket cooler?

and i havent even plugged my graphic card.

Cpu fan has some 4900rpm and case fan has 2500-2900 rpm and both are running at 99%,my technician checked for thermal paste and said there's no need but I've never applied any thermal paste to it,used it for four years with the preapplied factory thermal paste
