RX 470 4GB Strix or RX 480 4GB Dual

Hey!
I just bought an rx 480 asus with dual cooling.
When im playing it its soooooooooooo loud, it's like a hurricane on my desk.

What do you guys think, is it worth to "downgrade" to a STRIX RX 470 4GB card to get a quieter experience?

I had a GTX 1060 STRIX version but i had to sell it and buy a cheaper card to get some money..but it was not noisy at all!
..And i don't really want to stuck with a loud graphics card.

Please help, i have only a few days to decide!

it went up to 80 celsius in 5 mins benchmarking (heaven extreme/ultra 1080p) at 30% fan speed.
At 40% its loud.

I could save like $7 by buying the STRIX 470 instead of the DUAL 480.
So its not about money.
If the performance without overclocking is not that noticeable, then im happy with the 470 cuz it must be cooler and quieter.
