is gt 730 good for dota with amd a6

Can I run Dota2 at this specs guys? Can I play stable? Because when im playing with dedicated graphic i got average of 40fps highest 70fps (low setting) and then in Teamfights, it drop to 15-25fps which is sad :( Will gt 730 help?
Specs: AMD A6 6400K (dedicated graphics)
4GB RAM1333 (3.20 usable)
FSP Group Power supply 300w
Windows 10 (64bit)

windows 10 may seem optimized in certain directx12 titles. However, it may actually lack drivers for certain outdated hardware, depending on lack of support. In fact, sometimes a product may be "refreshed" or "rebranded" only to become windows 10 compatible based on driver support - which drives people to upgrade (pay for products as consumers to make profit for businesses).

gt 730 can work, yes. however what is your budget? Can you get the gddr5 version (v3)? it's faster than the gddr3 version (v2). keep in mind that the 2014 gt 730 is a rebrand of the 2012 gt 630 (kepler 28 nm). It's just power optimized compared to the 2010 gt 430/440.

okay thanks, for my last question, does Operating system affect? Like does this Windows 10 affect the fps? because my friend averaging 50fps (low) and in team fight he got 40 only unlike mine he got amd a6 5400k, Windows 7. I wonder if it it because of OS. THANKS AGAIN!
