Hi!

Personally, I don't like the 3gb GTX 1060 at all. The 3GB extra VRAM will really come in handy in the next few years. Some people think the RX 470/480 4GB versions are cutting it close for VRAM usage, but the 3GB 1060 would be even worse. In that regard, the 6gb version is definitely more future proof.
But to be honest, it's not just a question of VRAM! That's why I don't like the 3GB version. It really feels like a stripped down GTX 1060, as it's specs (e.g. CUDA cores) are quite a bit lower. It's not like the RX 480 4GB vs 8GB which is mainly just a question of VRAM.
I'd heavily recommend the 6GB version. The cooler doesn't really make that much of a difference, and the difference between aftermarket cards is more a question of...

I'd heavily recommend the 6GB version. The cooler doesn't really make that much of a difference, and the difference between aftermarket cards is more a question of preference and aesthetics. Go for whichever one is cheaper and you like the looks of. The Zotac card seems like a good choice.
