my MB is msi gaming 3 i got this message after i change thermal paste cpu + i dont use case usb

i give my pc to pc shop repair he told me come back next day..... i come back he told me your pc is fine even ur usb the problem is ur bios he told me u need to charge ur bios
i dont know wtf this mean and he give me name of shop to charge the bios im confused + some videos on youtube they fix this problem by Jumper from amazon

He may be talking about 'changing' or updating your BIOS...? I'm not sure. Maybe resetting the BIOS...?
A broken USB port can cause this. Check all the MB USB ports to see if any are broken. Since you don't use the case USB ports, unplug the USB header cables and check those pins as well.
