As SR71 says, FX-9000 are not supported. You could move up to an FX 83xx and overclock, but the improvement won't be very large. AM3+ is very old and hasn't had a new processor design since 2012, so you're basically at the end of the line with your computer. Any sizable improvement will require that you replace motherboard, processor and RAM all together.

Alright thanks, alot i appreciate it guys, it might be old but it can still run games today at 60 fps, ill just have to save up some money and upgrade motherboard, ram and cpu and possibly power supply aswell

Newer CPUs use a lot less power. Intel's Core i7 7700 is a 65w CPU, as is AMD's new 8 core Ryzen 1700. Boh of these are more than twice as fast as your CPU, approaching 3x in some cases. By comparison, the FX-6350 is a 125w chip.

A high quality power supply is always a good idea, but you don't really need a lot of watts with a modern CPU, just clean, reliable power.
