Is a half duplex ethernet cable different than a full duplex ethernet cable

Is a half duplex ethernet cable different than a full duplex ethernet cable???
If yes then how can I differentiate between them?

sorry they use a rj45 connector regardless full or 1/2

thing is best I recall like gigabit ethernet is full duplex only like used on modern motherboards

wiring to be all the same as standard [its not the wire/cable its the device thart uses the cable as full or at 1/2 ]
