1060 power specs call for a 400W 20A minimum.

You have 400w but only 14A. I do not think your PSU will cut it.

Note the 14V on 12v rail in your PSU's specs

Recommended PSU: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438015

It's $34, 430w, and supplies 34A on the 12v rail, good for that GPU and many more higher end ones.

Yeah I don't base prices off rebates. If we're throwing out any price range, might as well go for the gold. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139156

Yet another bad recommendation, that is an SFX PSU and will not fit in his case properly.

He didn't post a price range, but at $34 the EVGA is a waste of money, better to spend the $15 more and get the CX450M and get a good solid PSU, the rebate to bring the price lower than even the EVGA is just a bonus. Theres a big difference between $15 and $55, so your sarcasm is lost on the relatively minor cost increase here, and the fact you didn't even pick a correct PSU.

You didn't let me add the ATX recommendation: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256084&ignorebbr=1

The focus is on helping the guy first. He didn't give us a price range, but I always assume people are on a budget with unexpected expenses. Perhaps that's wrong of me, but despite you thinking the EVGA white series is "garbage" you cannot deny it will function and isn't a cheap no-name PSU. I should have listed the SFF gold and ATX gold in addition to start with. But hey mod, we're both pretty.

You literally just linked another SFX PSU, are you kidding here?

Yes the focus is on helping the guy first. All I said was the PSU you selected was bad heres a FAR better alternative that after rebate comes out even cheaper. It is VERY true it is bad:

https://www.hardocp.com/article/2015/02/19/evga_430w_power_supply_review/9

Note the "FAIL"

Also there is never a reason to list an SFX PSU unless someone asks for it, its only useful in very specific case scenarios, which this person likely does not have. Also no reason to have to list a bunch of options from gold on down. Just that the option you listed is bad, thats all man.
