10 Year old computer:
Q6600, stock settings (No OC)
EVGA 680i SLI mobo
6 GB Ram
650 Watt Thermaltake Toughpower PSU
Infrequent restarts. My computer would be in the middle of a random thing, then it'll suddenly restart.
I recently replaced my HD 4870 with a GTX 670 (both uses twin 6pin connectors), and I've been getting more of these restarts.
I'm pretty sure they're BSOD of some sort, but even though I disabled auto restart in windows 10, how the machine would hang is first the screen will lose signal, and it'll stay like that for like 4 minutes before the machine restarts...
Is it my graphics card? Or something else, because this happened (restarts) even before I installed the new card.
Tried running Memtest86+, but it shows no errors (so it's not ram).
My motherboard has a vdroop.
Thanks!
