I'm looking for the BEST motherboard for OVERCLOCKING a possible 6850k, 6900k or 6950x (i need to see the cpu prices make a choice)... I'm looking for the best X99 motherboard but i need this specs..

-no more than 500$
-if is red and black is better
-overclocking perfection
-extreme good rear i/o ports (so much ports like usb type-c, usb 3.1 etc..)

!!!EXTREMELY URGENT!!!

Are we talking .....

a) I am willing to spend weeks editing many BIOS settings and testing each change for stability for 4 - 8 hours?

b) I am looking for something that has excellent auto overclocking tools and aids built into the board ?

All of the boards below have had excellent media reviews, have ports out the wazoo and most are award winners. All do well in category a)

- The Asus Rampage ($475) fits the red / black theme but has not been well received by users with 32% of owners post extremely unfavorable (1 egg) reviews on newegg.... I generally avoid anything over 20% unless an early flaw has since been corrected.

- The MSI X99A XPower Gaming Titanium ($419) is my fav X99 board tho the name is perhaps not appropriate as Kaby Lake based systems are faster and less expensive than X99 based systems in Gaming. This one best fits into category b) as the on board OC features are incredible both in the hardware features as well as auto OC ability. Only 13% 1 egg reviews. Not red and black but with the Graphique applied, the most aesthetically pleasing board I have seen to date

These three boards have extremely high RMA rates so should be avoided:

MSI X99A Gaming 7
Gigabyte GA-X99-SLI
ASUS X99-A USB3

- MSI X99A Gaming Pro Carbon ($299) - Fits the red and black theme, negative 1 egg reviews slightly higher than Id like at 21%. Can fit in category a) or b)

- Asus TUFSabertooth ($312) - Along with the WS (now over your $500 limit) Always been one of my fan OC boards but too many negative (31% 1 eggers) reviews have me looking elsewhere.

- Gigabyte GA-X99-Phoenix SLI ($259) - Very attractively priced and white / orange aesthetic makes it stand out as does its low (13%) amount of negative 1 egg reviews.

- Gigabyte GA-X99-Ultra Gaming - ($245 - Attractive red / white aesthetics.... negative 1 egg reviews a bit high at 24%

- MSI Krait Edition($289) - previous editions of this board were terrible, but with this chipset, they seem to have gotten it right, only 15% 1 egg reviews.
