I Think I've Decided; Good Build? (7700K + 1080)

Hey guys, I'm going to be building a new PC over the summer and was looking to come in as cheap as possible. I am a competitive Battlefield 4 (And 5 when it comes out) and CS:GO player and need at least 144 FPS in all games and wanted to future proof myself for at least 4-6 years. I've pretty much decided on all of the components and selected them from the tops of a bunch of "Best Gaming (fill in the blank with computer part) 2017" lists. Currently I'm running a 144 HZ 1ms 1080p monitor, I like frames :D

I do not plan to overclock, at least not right off the bat, and if I do I can add parts later if I discover high temps.

Let me know if there's anything you think should change before I spend the money. Also, only thing I was a tad worried about was the Cryorig, which I know is a good air cooler, but was wondering if I should step up to a NZXT Kraken x62 (Not willing to go any higher than that), is there any benefit? How about adding 2 120/140mm fans to the front of the case?

Gaming wise you may not see much of a difference however the i7 will be better for any kind of video editing. If you can fit the i7 into your budget then I would go for at as it should last quite a long time (5+ years), especially with some overclocking done later on.

I still see plenty of ppl using i7-2700K's (2011) with newer GPU's without any issues.

I would change a couple of things...
-Change CPU cooler to a beQuiet Dark Rock 3 (or Pro).
-Change PSU to the 650W version of what you picked since it's cheaper and that's all you need for overclocking (for both GPU & CPU).

Besides those changes it's a good build. Also I wouldn't bother adding fans in unless it's needed, wait and see temps first before buying.

Yeah I really like the looks of it too so I'll switch to that as well as a 650W PSU. Only thing I'm debating now is if I need the 7700K and if it'd be better to go with a 7600K. I mostly game and make a few highlight compilation videos here and there (I'd say 2-3 a month) so I don't know if I'd take advantage of the hyper threading advantage.

"Clarifications / Justifications for changes"
TridentZ 2x8 (RGB or not) is the fastest 2x8 RAM on the market as far as I know.
Corsair Nepton 280L is the best CPU Cooler though fans can be noisy compared to other AIO coolers. (I believe it's ~115-120USD?)
Better GTX 1080 IMO.
Either PSU is good.
