Hi, I have just recently built myself a new computer, and while playing games i get low draw distance, texture pop ins, and sometimes in certain games ill get shimmering, Been having this problem since my last computer. I have no idea what the problem is but its getting to the point of making games unplayable. I built myself a totally new computer because of it. The only thing i kept and installed on new pc is the PSU. I do not think its psu issue because everything else seems to work fine, but i could be wrong. Would like some help with this as most threads go dead before someone finds a solution, here is all the information i can supply. Please someone help me figure this out. Sorry for posting alot of info, I'm trying to be Thorough and give as much info as possible.
PC Specs:
>OS Windows 10
>intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
>EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC
> Intel Core i7-6700K 8M Skylake Quad-Core 4.0 GHz
> SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB
> G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4
> WD Black 2TB Performance Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM
> Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
> CASE ROSEWILL ATX Full Tower Gaming Computer Case
TV:
>hisense 1080p led hdtv
>using a 2.0v hdmi cable
Also things i have tried, Watched temps, they both cpu/gpu dont rise over 60 even on battlefield 1, Re-installed windows, reseated every component in pc, Used Nvidia control panel turning it to default, and trying my own settings, defragging hard drives, rolling back drivers updating drivers, uninstalling then re-installing drivers, Nothing has worked so far. I appreciate any helpful review to solve this problem, Thank you
