Is this build compatible + 450W Enough?

Hello guys, i'm wondering if this build is all compatible with eachother, and if a 450W PSU will power this build.

(The PSU in question: Corsair PSU Builder CX450M)

RAM: Crucial DDR4 2x4GB 2133 CL15
CPU: Core i5 7500
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 480 GAMING X 8G
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H
HDD: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB
Case: Sharkoon VG5-W

If so then yes.

(There was an older Corsair Builder CX series thats really bad, the label is not black and grey like I linked, its in color)

Yes it is however I would buy DDR4-2400 memory, its a little faster and the board supports it.
