GPU to pair with I7-4690K?

I currently have a GTX 960 and want to upgrade. I'm not sure weather to go for the 1060 or 1070 (or something else entirely?).

My CPU is getting bottle necked currently (I think), and I need to upgrade.

Current specs are:
I7-4790K (not OC'd).
8GB DDR3 RAM (upgrading to 16 soon).
ASUS B85-PLUS.
GTX 960 2GB (EVGA).
620 watt Seasonic PSU.

Any suggestions?

I would love to get that, however around £500 is a bit to much. Would you say that a 1070 (or maybe a 1060?) would still be a good match? Or should I wait and get a 980/980ti?

Get the 1070 if you got the money. Its the best option out of the bunch.
