One of the family members left a glass of water that I don't know how much. It was spilled over night while I was sleeping, when I woke I had no idea so I decided to turn on my computer and it started to glitch out. randomly colored pixels flying everywhere I didn't know what was wrong.
turned off computer then opened the computer, I used a cold/warm hair dryer to dry off the water on my GPU that was a really small puddle. There are air flow holes on top of my computer I noticed that there was water buildup on top. The water may have destroyed my GPU CPU and or RAM. I don't have the money to afford a new computer I really need help now

Solution
If you can remove everything from the sockets and slots, GPU, Memory, CPU. It will help any water in the connectors to dry out. Unplug the computer and hold the power button in to power down the MB and PSU. Blow warm air into the PSU but don't open it. It can hold power even when unplugged. Unplug and dry out PSU connectors also.

I'm glad that I didn't leave my computer on, but should I still have a fan running or?
