can i use branded motherboards like HP

Solution
That specific board will not fit any normal casee, it will ONLY fit in the one it was designed fore.

And that is the reason why computer OEM boards (HP, Dell, etc) are not recommended.
Until you get it you have almost no garantee that it will fit, support your cpu, or not have specialty proprietary conenctors on it that make it unusable.
Not to mention that BIOS hardware support is very minimal.

Potential problems with OEM boards.

Many use proprietary form factors
Many use non standard front panel connections and don't post pinout so you get to trace them out or the time consuming possibly dangerous method of guess and check.
Bios are locked down and simple missing many features found in a retail board.
Alot of these boards are built by the cheapest bidder and designed to be as cost effective as possible.
