My cpu heats up very fast on ald applications.

Hello!
Hmm... this is well above "normal" temperatures. I'd start by going into the bios and updating it. Then from there checking the cpu cooler and if it's properly mounted, and has enough non-dried thermal paste (which I doubt is dried by this point unless it's cheap quality).
