Hello there! i have a question..my old pc is 10 years old already..its quite good for not demanding games like lol,etc..Now, i wanna play Rainbow Six Siege with my bro and the pc is like this:
cpu: q6600
gpu: 1gb 240 gt msi
ram: 4gb ddr2
mobo: socket 775 P31-DS3L
OS: windows 7 64

So..a little upgrade to a gtx 460 2gb, will be enough to be able to play game like Siege or Borderland 2? Is it even compatible with mobo ? And what about bottleneck? Medium graphics are good for me.

Ahm,at the site, the 460 is the card for the minimun req,not below..i just dont wanna spend money for a gpu for this build..my monitor is also 1600x1200. At medium wont be enough this card? I know that this pc is very old,but i think the cpu can handle it..Whats ur opinion? should i take the 460 or not? I am just shocked that the gpu i currently have can handle borderlands 2 ;p
Thanks beforehand!

According to where I read the requirements are higher but it doesn't really matter. I'm pretty sure it will play fine, I doubt you'd get 30fps out of medium settings but maybe. Its all up to how well you want it to play. If you plan on playing multiplayer that CPU is gonna choke it anyway.
