Hi everybody...I have a Gigabyte G1 Gaming RX 480.My HDMI cable isn't the best and it doesn't fit well so I can say that I don't have a good Monitor-GPU connection...I Had a Blue Screen of Death Earlier My PC shut down and when I opened it it booted correctly and then I changed the voltages in wattman like always do and every time works very stable ...But this time when I did it my screen went full of pixles and flashing images then it went black and pixles again and then black again etc...PC shutdown and then I got this screen that said that its repairing my C: Drive..After that I changed again the voltages and ran the Furmark Benchmark ...it was stable.I didn't see any artifacts or pixels or anything and it is stable til now..I ran the test 3 times or so.I have t mention that this pixel thing actually happened when I changed the voltages and after I opened the Gigabyte Xtreme programs which didn't recognise my card...Do you thing its dead ? My GPU is like 2 weeks new ...Should I do something else?I ve gone through so much pain t get it working properly..I changed PSU etc.I'd appreciate every answer. Thanks is advance

idk. you changed the voltage, right? and you can see the screen when it boots, but now you can't see windows boot up? the way you posted a big block of text is hard to read. There's a lot of "..." so it's hard to follow.

I am really sorry for the big block of text...Now everything is stable I can see the windows boot up everything is normal and I even ran a Stress test. But Just for one time my screen went flashing and full of pixels but I didn't happen again af
Code:
ter that.I mean is it something that happens? Was it just a system failure ?everything looks good now as I said but I wanna know what caused alla this I can make you a time line

PC Opens-I change voltages-I open gigabyte Xtreme-Screen gets Crazy-Pc shutdowns-Pc reboots-Repairing disk massage-ran a stress test-and that's all

Too many factors to consider. 1 is dvi/hdmi/vga etc connection. 2 is checking power supply securely installed. Power supply could be faulty. 3 is drivers or hardware related. Flickering comes from graphics card, but sometimes it's tough to detect unless you swap it with another PC and try to see if it operates normally. you could also try to report it to the manufacturer and convey your experience to them to resolve the issue in depth. at a technical level, it's tough to distinguish without some sort of performance log.

So,as long as I've run a stress that's actually a heavy one shouldn't everythi g be OK?You may be Right it might the fault of the PSU and stuff but I care about the GPU mostly. From what I he said do you thing its dead or something? I mean I did I Stress test what else can I do? I want t mention that my PC now run correctly
