hello guys!

i want to know which Graphic card is suitable for My PC for today's gaming but without BIOS issue......
and my choice is Gtx 750ti or gtx 950 but which is best for my DELL OPTIPLEX 3010 Mid tower?
SPECS ARE BELOW:

Core i3 3220 3.30Ghz
windows 7 pro 64bit
6Gb ddr3 1600mhz ram
CX500 psu and guys i didnt own a CX500 psu yet, will this PSU works on my PC

I upgraded my old work Dell optiplex 390 with a GTX 750 Ti and it worked without a problem. Is your case normal sized or small form factor? Otherwise that card won't have any issues with your system.

Edit: It's very likely your current PSU will run a 750 Ti. But yes, that PSU will work for you (though I would expect many of us to suggest a different PSU of higher quality) so long as it's a regular case, not the SFF models.

it is normal sized, so dude which graphic card is best for me from these 2? i think both graphics cards are from same generation maybe gtx 950 will work, what is your suggestion? thanks for replying fast

Dual fan is almost always cooler and better (cooler cards means manufacturer can OC them a bit). If you want to be certain, see if you can find the case specs of your PC and find the maximum supported PCI express add-on/GPU. Or get some measruing tape and find the mm length inside, and base your purchase off that.

So even i have money for ps4 slim but i want to upgrade my
PC but I'm confused between this, which should i buy for more fps and for great graphics which best?

Gtx 950 PC or PS4 slim?
