I just bought new computer parts and got new cpu, gpu, ram, and motherboard. After running it and downloading drivers it started running at 100% disk, I managed to fix that problem. But now it will shut everything off randomly except the power supply. It keeps running.
My set-up
Msi 970 gaming motherboard
Amd fx 8350 8-core (black edition)
Two 8 gb of gskill ripjaw ram
Msi Radeon rx 480
700w (rocket fish) power supply

Solution
To put it short, your Rocketfish 700W PSU is a crap.
Here's in-depth review of said PSU: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/rocketfish-700-w-power-supply-review/

Here's PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
I suggest you get yourself a new PSU. Aim for a Tier two unit, preferably Tier one if you could afford it.

Anything from Seasonic will do just fine, in 500W range. E.g M12II-520 EVO or G-550,

M12II EVO series is 80+ Bronze and fully modular while G series is 80+ Gold and semi-modular. Both PSUs are Tier two.
(All my 3 PCs are also powered by Seasonic, full specs in my sig.)
