And last is this psu enough?
Corsair sx650m or should i go for 750?

Solution
Yes you really do need a HDD, get a 2TB. The SSD should only be used for OS, software and maybe one or two games you play the most which you want faster loading times in.
Games take up upwards of 100GB if they are AAA titles. You only need a 550w PSU for this, heaps for OCing and a 1080ti.
Get the cheapest 16GB kit of 3000MHz RAM you can find, should optimally be G.Skill Ripjaws/TridentZ (ONLY IF CHEAPER!) or Corsair LPX.

I'll make a list.

2000 euros but i would prefer those brands and im gonna build it on a 270r as a red led build so it would be most helpfull to explain please caz i want to expand my knowledge as well

You only need 16GB of RAM, frequency also only helps with CPU overclocking, so if prices are too different it may not be worth it.
Fans are overpriced and aren't very good, they're just flashy.
PSU can be improved.
You need a hard drive, CPU cooler is overkill, a good air cooler will perform the same and the 850 Evo performs the same as the 850 Pro for much less, the only difference is warranty and a few minor changes.
What European country are you in?

I want it to be flashy and i can change to evo as they wont be seen as for the ram as i said i will oc the cpu and the difrence is 5 or 10 euros on those rams here in Greece and as for the hdd do i really need it? Caz if i do i will go for baracuda 2016 1 tb but i would prefer to stick only to ssd and as for the gb of the ram i will do it 32 later on when ill start some video and sound editting its not only for gaming as it will be mostly for gamin it wont be only so you suggest me to get a 750 watts psu?
