Windows doesn't recgnize my video card anymore. I was on Chrome when suddenly the video just disapeared. I restarted the computer and nothing. Them i pluged the VGA cable into motherboard, and the video worked well. But the problem is: I was using my gpu (550 ti), and now the windows doesn't even recognize the graphic card in device manager.

I can't download the lastest driver for 550 ti because the driver program won't recognize the graphic card. I tried also to set PCI-E as primary in bios, but nothing...

The vga s fine, I've tested on another mobo.
The motherboard is fine too, I've tested another gpu

your graphics card may have died. you could test it by trying to run it in another computer to validate this for sure. Considering that the gtx 550 ti ran for 6 years (from 2011), that's not too shabby. Definitely worth its run for its money. Take into perspective that my AMD 7870 only ran for 3 years. I didnt have much fan ventilation in my case and had a lot of power outages in Kansas. After my card died, i invested in more fan ventilation and power surge protectors. Sad story. My condolences ;(
