Recently my monitors stop being detected by my GPU after some time. Sometimes it is 1 minute, sometimes it is a couple of hours. The monitors just say No Signal Detected and turn black. I have to restart my computer for them to turn back. This started happening after I played started playing Fallout 4 for about 5 hours on and off throughout a day, but now it happens without anything running. I have tried fixing the problem by removing my slight overclock, updating drivers and also reseating the GPU. The graphics card is also only 2 months old.

Specs:
i7 6700k
NZXT Kraken X52
32GB DDR4
MSI Z170A Gaming M7
EVGA GTX 1070 FTW
EVGA 750W power supply

any information on the monitors? i had an old dell monitor that was dying (bad capacitors which wear out over time). that could be the case. some people have complained about the outputs of graphic cards stop operating well over time, too, but i find those cases to be very rare IMO. my two cents.

try using 1 monitor at a time for a day. then try the other monitor the next day. you can observe if either monitor is degrading; if not, then try switching 1 monitor at a time on a different outlet. repeat.

last resort, contact evga and seek warranty/product replacement i guess. you'll probably have to pay for shipping and handling though.
