I wants to build pc for decent gaming
I3 4160 3.60 ghz
4gb gskill gaming ram 1600mhz
Gt 740 dd5 2gb
ASUS H81M-CS LGA-1150 Motherboard
1 tb hard-disk
Is these all components are work together properly

Yes they would all support each other but it's a pretty weak PC for gaming. Looking at 1080p Low settings or 720p Mediumish if you want 60 FPS in modern games. Just a note you are missing a Power Supply in the components which you need. Lastly, what is your budget? I could try put a list together using better parts within your budget?

I have power supply ,dvd writer , 1 tb from my old pc
I just wants to buy other component like processor ,ram, motherboad and graphic card
My budget is 22000
