My four year old fx6100 has a stock cooler and it runs at 30-40 completely idle and above 45-70 if I just browse the internet or play an online game for 5 minutes,even goes above 70.which cooler would be best for me since I'm on a budget and also I have a smaller case of foxconn ks188.

Depends on your budget. But I'd say The Cryorig H7 should do your job. It's small, looks good and cools very well.

Antec doesn't have nice cooling and I don't think they're good quality anyway.
You'll probably get 60 max on Deepcool Gammax 300.

Nope, the Gammax 300 is the best choice for your budget. It's quiet and is the best performer.

Lol if you'll be keeping the side panel open then what would be the use of the fan that you'll attach to it. They barely help with temperatures anyway and since you're not going to need anymore cooling there's no point in keeping it open since dust could get inside your PC.
