I am on the edge of buying a new gpu, when i noticed that the gpu is 128 bit, but it has 4gb memory space, should i really buy this? I researched for an answer and i found that having larger memory is good, but i also researched that having a very low bit bus in a large memory is senseless, should i just buy a 2gb 128bit video card?

No go with 4GB. I'm pretty sure your buying an Nvidia card right? Because AMD rarely uses buses that small.
Nvidia uses very good memory compression technology, allowing any bus size to handle more than 2x it's bandwidth.

Depends. Games start pushing 4GB VRAM amounts when you're maxing graphics settings. When you max a lower/mid-end GPU, with 128-bits of memory bus, you're going to struggle for framerates in the first place.

Buy cheap, buy twice.
So in 6-12 months, when you want to play some more current game, will you buy a new GPU again? I would spend 50-100 dollars more on something worth buying. Instead of 200$ now + 250$ later.
