I built a pc a few hours ago and when I started it up the case lights, fans and all other components started up but there was no signal on my monitor. What is the issue here? Is my motherboard defective? I also got no beeps from the on board speaker

Ram is:
Crucial 4GB Single DDR4 2133 MT/s (PC4-17000) CL15 SR x8 Unbuffered DIMM 288-Pin Desktop Memory CT4G4DFS8213
Motherboard is:
Asus H110M-A/M.2 MicroATX LGA1151

For now remove the memory stick and tell me if the motherboard will beep at you constantly.
If it does that we know the motherboard is ok for the time being.
Download this and view the memory support list, the one you have now is incompatible with the mobo.

This is what you will want:

Give asus technicians a ring and verify that with them before buying and shipping back the crucial memory for a refund or exchange.
