I ordered a Evo 212 myself yesterday. I will test it on my old 3770K that had had under a massive watercooling loop at 4.865Ghz but at 1.45volts. When it comes to aircooling be very careful on the temp. What you OC now can be overheated in the summer.
If your new to OC:ing do small steps, first +100mhz steps, its not failing on that keep going, but at the same time have a vary eye on the CPU temp when aircoolers can differ alot. When you come to that point that ur OC fail, then you start to add voltage and when you do ur temp will go up aswell.
Im fairly certain that you would get atleast 4.0-4.2Ghz on air cooler with good temps, above it im not sure yet cause I havent tested the cooler myself yet. To hit glorious 4.6Ghz and above you need AIO water cooling most likely. OC results may differ from chip to chip aswell.
And again rule nr 1, always check temp after each change to keep track on that. Personally I would keep it at around 60-70C° on full load after a while on all cores.
Also keep in mind, the higher voltage you put into ur chip the faster it may degrade.
