Hello,

Not sure what would be my best option right now. I just upgraded my RAM and im looking to add one more upgrade. I would think upgrading the gpu would be better but i also dont know if my current power supply would be enough for it. Any advice would be appreciated.

CPU: Intel Core i5 6th Gen 6600K (3.50 GHz)
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2 TB HDD 120 GB SSD
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 480 8 GB GDDR5
MB: Intel H110
Storage: 2 TB
Power supply: 600W 80+

Solution
That H110 is a serious bottleneck to 6600k which can become a badass when overclocked on a Z mobo. OP should get a Z270 or atleast a B250 (if he does not want to overclock) as H110 will bottleneck even an i7 and overall performace with its slow DMI speed.
I take it you primarily game? What games? What resolution? What refresh rate?

A GTX 1070 is considerably faster than an RX 480, but it actually has the same TDP. A GTX 1080 draws only 30w more, because AMD's cards are so much more power hungry. Your CPU and GPU together draw less than 250w, so a high quality unit able to deliver 600 watts would be more than enough, but we'd need to know what particular unit you have in order to tell you if it's any good.

Overall it looks pretty good to me. There are a handful of games that will dip below 60fps on your i5 (which you can't OC due to motherboard) but for the most part it will be enough for 60hz gaming. If you have a 120hz screen, you might consider an i7 7700 (non-K). Your 480 should be enough to max or run at least pretty high settings in most games at 1080P 60hz, but you might find it lacking if you're aiming for 120hz or are running higher resolutions.

How is your monitor? I'm a bit of a monitor snob, and right now I use a Dell 1440P IPS panel. I couldn't go back to a TN panel.

Get a better Motherboard. Z170 or Z270 would be great if you are going to stay with Intel. You have a cheap H110 that can't overclock your 6600K. So get a Z mobo and a cooler to OC your 6600k. The Z series will also give you better DMI speeds. Overall performance boost.

For the total price of a Z170 board, OP could probably sell their 6600K and put a 7700 in, which would offer a lot more value in my opinion. Getting a "Z" chipset would allow overclocking, but it's not necessarily the most cost effective improvement.
