Since I upgraded to a MSI gtx 1050 ti, I have a Gigabyte gtx 550 ti hanging around. What should I do with it? Any help wil be great.:)

Solution

Here's a few options:
1. Sell on eBay/any other site. It's surprisingly easy. I sold my old HD6850 for $75 (it's cheap to ship a card if it's not overseas)
2. Upgrade a family member or friend's rig so they can PC game with you, if their card is super old.
3. Keep it as a back up in the event your PC starts having issues, you can always use that card to test with.

Sell it or use it in another computer. Or drop it off a tall building and see how many parts it falls apart in when it hits the ground. Then buy 10 more of the same card and take an average and report on the reliability of video cards when dropped from buildings. You will then have invented a new benchmark method and will be rich and famous.

Hehe I have a frankestein R9 280X watercooled in a drawer, and a GTX 780 Hydro copper that im not using, also at work a HD 6770 that are not used. Shit will start collecting. I even have an old 3DFX Voodoo 2 card somewhere. I think I've sold one card in my whole life.
