Ram:4gb
GPU:1gb(internal),"I don't have any external graphics card
HDD:1TB,,,,,,,,
PLEASE TELL ME

If you could get something like a GTX1050 or a used 750 or something that would be a huge step up from integrated graphics. If you get a 1050 and another 4GB of RAM you'd have a pretty decent gaming rig...

It may run your specs are very generalized and lack actual models. There are 7 generations of i3s and many igpus and we gave no idea which you have. However with a measly 4gb of ram GTA V will not run smoothly.

You may, you may not. If you do, its just barely and it won't be smooth. The integrated GPU doesn't hit the level of a 9800 GT until the Intel HD 4600, which you don't see in an i3 until the later Haswell i3s.
