Hello today i decided to clean up my PC and i saw that my gpu fan had tons of dust in it so i took out my GPU took screws of heatsink and cleaned as much as i could, then i placed it back in and my PC and after that it does not boot anymore. When starting up my pc my GPU fans start spinning very fast and then a red light lights up.

It's hard to see but its near cooler cable. Please help !
