In Device Manager a device is flagged (under "Other Devices") as both "690LC" and "Unknown Device"

A quick Google seems to indicate that this is a driver issue with my NZXT Kraken X61 CPU cooler.

Under 690LC/Properties/Details/Device instance path, it reads, USB\VID_2433&PID_B200\CCVI_1.0

I have no idea where I might find this driver. Does anyone? I can't find any downloads at the NZXT site.

Using the Windows 10 Driver Update feature leads nowhere.

Also, my cooler doesn't seem to be listed in Device Manger. Or am I not looking in the right place?

Thanks.

D.

Ps. According to Speccy, my i6800k is running at 24 degrees C.

Thanks.

I downloaded it. 690LC flag now gone from Device Manager, so that's good.

One other flag still there - which may have nothing to do with the CPU Cooler. It's Device Instance Path is; ACPI\INT3510\2&DABA3FF&1

Sound familiar! :)

Thanks.

D.

Ps. Now that I have CAM, can I uninstall Speccy and CPU Z? Thanks.

I downloaded it and extracted it and double-clicked on the ITBM Application.

But, it won't install.

Thanks.

Ps. I also ran Intel's Driver Update Utility and it can find nothing that needs updating.
