Plenty of cheap USB Bluetooth adapters on Amazon or even Walmart to 'add' Bluetooth to your desktop.
Normally laptops have bluetooth installed already, you just may not be aware of how to 'properly' connect, which is a completely different set of steps DEPENDING ON the version of Windows you have.

Yes just search for USB Bluetooth on Amazon, or go to Walmart, Best Buy, etc. they are add on USB port little plugs you stick in to have Bluetooth added. Then you need to use the Bluetooth Wizard to connect to your SonyShake

That is similiar to what I have which gives you both WIFI AND BlueTooth. My only issue I found is if I have both happening at the same time, I tend to get lag issues over WIFI and it drops down (which is bad in gaming real time online). That also is a CARD to install, so you have to check if you have the slot available for it.
