Hi,
I'm transferring some parts from my current machine into a newer, smaller case that is more mobile.
It's a mATX case and therefore requires a new motherboard, as my current is full ATX.
I'm currently using an i5-4690k with a PRO4 B85M ASROCK motherboard.
It works fine with this motherboard, compatibility wise.

I've ordered a GA-B85M-DS3H-A motherboard to fit the new case. It's arrived but I am yet to install it as I've recently read up about compatibility issues between the revision version of the motherboard and some CPU's. When looking at these components on Partpicker, they showed that there was a (?) but I presumed that it would be easy to sort out. This has now been changed to one of the more important compatibility alerts.

To surmise, I'm curious as to whether because my CPU works fine with the B85M version of ASROCK MOBOs, should it work fine with the B85M version of the Gigabyte or should I refund and send for a newer MOBO model before trying it out.

Thanks.
