Hey, just today I replace my I3 6100 with an i5 7600 k after replacing it I put on a Intel stock cooler as I don't have thermal compound on hand right now I would only be using the stock cooler for a week or less but when I start the computer all of the fans spin there is a red solid light on the motherboard and my monitor screen stays black I really need help with this as I use my PC for online schooling and other uses. If you would like me to upload a YouTube video showing what the problem is and showing what it does when it starts up please just ask below it wouldn't be a hassle.

I5 7600k
H110M MicroATX ECO Mobo
(8x1)GB Kingston FURY DDR4 2133 MHz
GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
450W psu

You absolutely HAVE to replace the thermal compound when you replace the CPU like this. The Heatsink won't make contact and won't work without the thermal compound, you will constantly be overheating your CPU and will be thermal throttled.

Go to your local electronics store and get any thermal compound they have.
