I'm building a new PC

Solution
You may want to consider using an air cooler. They're cheaper and quieter, and if you get that RAM, there are no clearance issues.

If you go that route, you should consider the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3, Noctua NH-D15S, or Deepcool Gamer Storm Assassin II. All three will match the H100i that you picked out, and all three are cheaper.

UPDATE: You should also get a different PSU. The Seasonic S12ii 630 would be a better pick, and it's also cheaper.

Thanks! out of those three coolers which do you think is the best

That depends. Personally, I would go with either the NH-D15S or the Dark Rock Pro, as I like to have a quiet system. Between the two, the two points to consider are:
- The Dark Rock Pro looks much better (in my opinion), but isn't easy to install, and doesn't have quite as much cooling power.
- The Noctua NH-D15S will look terrible if you're trying to follow a color scheme, but is easier to install, and has slightly more cooling power.

Thank you! One more question, Static Pressure fans or Air Flow fans

For the case fans, you could get Corsair SP or AF series fans, but those have an annoying tone in the sound that they make. I made the mistake of getting some, and they ended up sitting in a closet for two years until one of my other fans broke. Even then, they were only in my computer long enough for the replacements to arrive.

The fans that come with the case are decent. If you want to upgrade them, there are much better options. Do you want to upgrade those, and if so, what price range are you looking at?

UPDATE: Sorry, that didn't answer your question. For case fans, you normally want models that are airflow optimized. It's worth mentioning that outside of a select few radiators, all computer fans will operate at nearly zero static pressure.

I was thinking more of an addition to the case fans for better cooling/airflow. I guess around 20-30 dollars would be a decent budget for a 3-pack of fans.

You really don't need anything better than the two fans that come in the case. If you're going to buy fans, it should be to replace the ones in the case, not really to improve airflow.

For $10 or less per fan, you won't get anything better than what comes in the computer already. I would personally rather get two $20 fans than four $10 fans.

The least expensive fans that I really consider to be worth putting in a machine are the NF-P14s redux. Even those are less than ideal. For best results, consider two NF-A14 PWMs. I'm very picky about fans, though. I've had machines die because of a cheap bearing.

If you really want to improve airflow, though, go for two Noctua NF-A14 iPPC 3000s and never look back. They'll be more than enough at max speed, and reasonably quiet at low speed.

UPDATE: If you want better airflow, and want to stay in that budget, replace the front fan with one Noctua NF-A14 iPPC 3000.
