I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times but I just want to be sure, since I'm pretty new to PC.
A ATX Case should generally "hold" microATX, miniITX and ATX right?
I'm trying to build my first PC but I'm not sure if these two will fit together:
MOBO: MSI MicroATX Intel B250,2x DDR4 DIMM max. 32GB
Case: Sharkoon (ATX, 3x 3.5 inch HDD

Solution
mini ITX uses four of the bolt holes of the ATX bolt pattern, and micro ATX uses 9 of the bolt holes of the ATX pattern.

In both cases, the holes used by the smaller boards are a subset of the holes used by the larger boards.

If a case has all bolt holes that an ATX board uses, it will support any of the three types of board. If the case has all holes used by micro ATX boards, it will also support a mini ITX board.
