what are the oldest and cheapest CPU and Mother Boards that support AMD RX 470?

I'm planning on building a mining rig with 2 rx 470s, and as cpu performance does not matter in what i'm planning to do, what are the oldest and cheapest set of cpu and mother boards you know that recognize this gpu?

Even with FREE electricity it will take a couple years 24/7 to recoup your investment. I'd ditch this idea. If you're absolutely dead set on doing it for some reason though, most people will use a board like this

And a sempron 145 or something similar

Basically what will be happening is that you'll be making money at roughly the rate that your components are depreciating

No, it's two GPUs, and the price of power is really low where i live. All in all it's profitable for me.

I just want to spend as little as i can on unimportant parts, and that what i need help with.
