I have a new computer mobo ram power supply processor, and every time I try getting it to start it just goes straight to bios, I'm not the most tech savvy of people but it has no boot priorities so it doesn't seem like it's even picking up my hdds or ssd any advice?

Solution
You probably should reformat the OS drive and make a fresh install of Windows - Windows doesn't like being placed in new systems (what you did).

Now I'm running into the problem, when I go to power it own it winds up for a half of a second then stops doing anything at all, the board has power because the rbgs are on but it doesn't do anything to even start any suggestions on what could be the problem?

I don't got much time to answer, but what I usually do in that case is trial and error by unplugging different components ; ideally, I let the motherboard, CPU and RAM run on their own, swap out RAM modules, switch wall sockets, if I get it stable then I proceed with drives.
