I've had no problems until today. When trying to watch YouTube videos, it can't load anything, and if it does, I have to watch at 240p. Any suggestions? I use Ethernet.

Solution
If reconnecting your network cable is a temporary fix i would try another cable as the connector plug might not be fitting in properly. Try another port on the router/switch also.

Seems when reconnecting the network cable your network is being reinitialized. Possibly network driver issue (Try updating/reinstalling) or if you're connected to a router, an firmware update for it might improve things or the router itself is on it's way out - Try another port for your cable / and another cable first.

Either your ISP's network is heavily congested or experiencing problems, or something is not getting along with your router's QoS setting or you WAN port speed might not be set correctly. As Boju described, perhaps your drivers updated or an update on your OS is causing this problem.
