After some research, I put together a build on pcpartpicker, but I don't know if I should change or add anything. I have never built a pc before, only used laptops. My budget is about 550 dollars for any changes, and I would really appreciate if someone could help me out. Here are the parts:

CPU: Intel Pentium g4560 (60$)
MOBO: MSI B250M PRO-VD (65$)
Memory: Crucial 8GB DDR4-2133 (I intend to upgrade to 12GB later on) (55$)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 7200 RPM Hard Drive (50$)
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 470 4GB Armor OC (133$)
Case: Deepcool Tessaract SW ATX Mid Tower Case (39$)
PSU: Evga 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply (43$)

Total: 520$
Max Budget: 550$

If anyone could please help me I would really appreciate it, thanks!

Solution
Instead of that PSU, get a Seasonic S12ii 630w. It's a much better unit for only slightly more.

Regarding your intentions to upgrade to 12 GB ram, don't bother. Either stick with 8 GB or move up to 16 GB. The system isn't designed to handle 12 GB. It will work, but strange things happen when you run a setup like that.

The rest of the build looks good, though.
