Ok, I just got a Corsair Carbide Spec Alpha case, and have been hooking the cables from the case to my mobo. The mobo is an asrock H170M Pro4, Now, I have the fans connected correctly (I hope), and the only case plugs for all the front leds need connected, but I am at a loss as tho where these need to be plugged in.

The first picture I uploaded has the plugin on the bottom right of the picture has text on it that says led/reset/power etc etc.

Now, is it as easy as just plugging in all the plugs in the second pick into all of those plugins, or is there a particular place each tiny little plug needs to go in that plugin?

Polarity is important only on the plugs for the LED's. Even then, don;t panic. If you connect either of them backwards it will not damage anything - the LED just won;t light up. If that happens, reverse the leads for that LED.

With the info from your last post, try them this way - should be right.
1. Single +PLED connector to the top left pin, single -PLED to the pin just to the right of that.
2. HDD LED connector to the bottom left and the pin next to that. Make sure to put the + sign on the connector to the pin on the END that is for the + connection.
3. POWER SW to the top right two pins - polarity does not matter.
4. RESET SW to the bottom right two pins - polarity does not matter.

you should look at the mobo manual, as the picture very hard to see the pins.
I would say:
connect HDD LED (+ pin1 from left hand side) to the first 2pins front row, PED+ PED- back row then power button (+ in back row) then reset (+ front row)

if in front as in picture,
##|##|# back row
##|##|# front row
HDD+ (first pin) hdd- second front row
ped+ back row first pin, ped- second pin
power+ back row, power- front row
reset+ back row, - back row
