Is this a good deal?? My main usage will be editing 1080p videos on ADOBE Premier and dabbling with 4k.

This is the wrong pc for your useage. For video editing you need more cores/threads so an i7 or even the new ryzen is a must have. Dropping the gpu...

Ive tried to copy the same specs on parts picker and my price comes out to about 1000$ and some change

This is the wrong pc for your useage. For video editing you need more cores/threads so an i7 or even the new ryzen is a must have. Dropping the gpu lower should not have that big of an impact overall as upgrading the cpu. 8gb of ram is not enough when working in 4k as your ram will be filled up real quick in no time. An ssd as a scratch drive is amazing when working on videos as it speeds up the process so much. Of course it is up to you but I would not get this as this is meant for gaming and not video editing.
