Looks pretty good for Gaming at high FPS max settings for 1080p 120+ FPS or 1440p 60+ FPS but 4K would be pushing it. All around a nice build but my only 2 suggestions would be a bigger SSD since 128GB is pretty small and you have a good budget to try fit a 250/500GB if you can to put more games on it for fast boot times. And the cooler is modest and good for a budget build but i would recommend a Cryorig H7 or even a Liquid Cooler for a bit more to have nicer temps on the 6700K and it will help if you ever decide to Overclock since you have a K CPU and Z170 Board. Hope this helps :)

Good quality parts, but many are overpriced. Not to mention that you chose a very small SSD. It's known that many newer games are over 20GB in size and also that larger SSDs perform faster than smaller ones.

I agree.

The SSD is too small.

The 212 EVO is popular and does a good job as an el cheapo heatsink, but is not in my list of recommendations for high wattage i7 chips. Not to mention that its mounting system is a nightmare.
