PC Wont Post / cpu fan doesnt spin

Issues -

1. CPU fan does NOT spin (tried 4 different fans) (chasis fans spin)
2. Nothing comes up on the monitor
3. Motherboard speaker does not beep

Motherboard - ASUS P8H67-M LE LGA1155
Cpu - i5-2500
PSU - Corsair 600w
Ram - CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3

check if your power button is plugged into the right pins

Is there any lights on, on the motherboard

make sure your power supply is switched on

if you think it might be the power supply you can test to see if it even turns on, just put a paperclip in the green wire socket and the black one right next to it, while it's plugged in and switched on of course.
