While gaming, sometimes I will experience micro shutter lags (the GPU usage will drop to 0% at the same time). As a result, gameplay is not smooth. It become even worse when I turned up the video settings. I checked CPU and GPU temperatures and they are perfectly fine. GPU driver updated to latest. Games I played are Dota 2 and CSGO.

Besides, FPS in Dota 2 is unstable. While I was playing with bots, I got around 100 FPS in the beginning. After a few minutes, the FPS will drop to 60-80FPS (without teamfights). FPS even dropped below 60 during teamfights. I play on fastest preset (low settings) and in my opinion, I had a below average FPS.

Anyone can help?
Specs: i5 7300HQ, 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD, GTX 1050 2GB

Reply back with your RAM consumption while in game or better while microshutter begins. Most likely its RAM even tho CSGO take around 1.5-2gb but u shouldnt forget that u get much less than 4gb of ram by default if your OS is only 32bit. As well as other programs running can consume RAM easily.
