Build look good, except the MoBo. If you want to OC your CPU, you'll need Z270 chipset MoBo. B250 chipset MoBo doesn't support CPU OC, even if you have K-series CPU. Same goes for RAM. B250 chipset supports only 2400 Mhz RAM. You'll need Z270 chipset MoBo if you want to use XMP profile and run your RAM in 3000 Mhz.
