Hello.. I'm building a pc for a friend. He needs it just for dota2 and surfing. I suggested him the below components;

Processor : i3-7100
Motherboard : MSI H110M-PRO-VH PLUS
Ram: Hyperx 8gb 2133MHz DDR4
Storage : WD/Seagate 1TB
Power supply : Corsair vs450
Cabinet : Corsair CC-9011050-WW Carbide Series

I'm not able to decide on the graphic card.. would a gtx 1050ti be sufficient or should he go for rx480 (4gb) / gtx 1060? 1050ti would be 4-5k INR cheaper when compared to the other two. If you'd like to suggest making any changes, please do. Thanks in advance!

CPU/Motherboard suggestion clearly covered well already. As for your GPU question; I would stick with a RX 470 4GB for now, a good budget card and minimal chance of your CPU bottlenecking it. Much better than the GTX 1050 Ti for usually about ~$10-20 more. He could go a GTX 1060 6GB or RX 480 if he wanted but i suspect a G4560 or i3 would bottleneck it in a majority of modern games unless he jumped to an i5. A Pentium G4560 and RX 470 would be a great combination for 1080p 60 FPS @ Medium/High in modern games. Hope this helps :)
